GET /v1/vedic/sky/ingresses

Scope: charts:read. When each planet crosses into its next sign between two moments — no birth chart involved. The same planet enters a sign on different dates in the two zodiacs, so the answer names the one it was read in.

events[] is sorted by moment. Each moment is the first whole hour (UTC) after the crossing — accurate to the hour, so grouping by the reader's local date is safe. (sky-ingresses-v1 dated crossings to the next UTC midnight, a day late for readers at UTC or west of it.) Planets: sun, mercury, venus, mars, jupiter, saturn, rahu, ketu (the Moon is left out — it changes sign every ~2.3 days). event_type is direct_ingress or retrograde_ingress.
