Paid plans are here, and the Free plan changes on 17 November¶

Thank you for building with Astrolinkers. Over the last weeks far more of you have signed up and started sending real traffic than we expected — which is wonderful, and also means the servers are working much harder than when we set the Free plan's limits.
To keep the API fast and reliable for everyone, and to keep a free plan we can afford to run for the long term, two things are happening.
Starting today: Hobby, Pro and pay-as-you-go¶
You can now buy more room in the dashboard (Plan):
- Hobby — $9 a month or $90 a year: 1 000 requests a day, LLM-written interpretations, 5 API keys.
- Pro — $49 a month or $490 a year: 10 000 requests a day, a larger LLM budget, unlimited keys.
- Pay-as-you-go packs — $0.50 per 1 000 requests, no expiry, no subscription. They are used only after your plan's daily or monthly limit, so they work on Free too.

Everything else about Free stays the same: it is free for good, every endpoint is included, commercial use is allowed, and you keep one API key. Nothing changes for your account before 17 November — our Terms promise 30 days' notice for changes like this, and we keep our word.
What you can do¶
- Using less than 100 requests a day? Nothing to do.
- Need more now and then? A $5 pack gives 10 000 requests that never expire.
- Need more every day? Hobby gives 10× the Free daily limit for $9 a month.
